Albeit Liminal is a Durational Dance Show featuring new works by Jon Kim, Melissa Younker, Nichele Woods, and Rae Luebbert.

Un-Re + Around, directed by Nichele Woods and choreographed in collaboration with Tara McArthur, is an invitation to sit with a pattern—to look at it and embody it and to be with it long enough that its porous parameters become exposed. Over the course of four hours, two performers ReSet and ReBuild in an effort to find their way through the permeable constraints of their knowledge. In this way, the work uses repetition as a catalyst for Understanding and opportunity, rather than as a method for ReInforcing what is known.

 Un-Re + Around takes inspiration from ideas of Attachment Theory in adult relationships as well as principles of Body-Mind Centering. This work would not be what it is without the early research and contributions made by Brian Gerke. Thank you, Brian, for the love you poured into this work.
