Nichele Woods presents a fresh movement study developed with and performed by The Wood Dance Project artist Melissa Younker. The movement study will be developed during an intensive creative week, March 11-16. At this time, we anticipate an exploration of fight or flight, choice-making as performer, and methods for movement development. This study may include early sketches for a new evening-length work to premiere 2026/2027.

In partnership with loveDANCEmore, Monday Movement Lab is a performance space for experimentation, emerging ideas, and work in progress. This informal environment is intended to serve as a creative space for dance artists to share and discuss works that may be at various creative stages.
